Product Offering
Paintnest offers handmade and unique products.

There may be differences between the Products shipped and those shown on the Website or in the catalogues, simply because all of them are handcrafted Products, each of which is unique.

You may not cancel your order or refuse delivery due to such differences, provided that they do not affect the essential features or quality of the Products. However, we cannot guarantee that the colour you see on the Website or in the catalogues matches the product colour, as the display of the colour depends in part upon the browser and monitor you are using. Paintnest cannot be held liable for inaccuracies in the photographs on the Website.

Payment

We accept payment by Bank Card and with Paypal.

Online bank card payments are made through the Barion system.
The credit card information does not reach the merchant. The service provider Barion Payment Zrt is an institution under the supervision of the National Bank of Hungary and the number of its authorization: H-EN-I-1064/2013

Credit cards accepted: Mastercard, Maestro, Visa and American Express.

In any cases the full price must be paid at the time of order. 

Invoicing

The receipt/invoice will include the information given during the buyer order process.

Custom and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Paintnest is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping Method

As soon as the product will be ready to be shipped the buyer will be informed about all details of the delivery. Paintnest usually should ask the buyer a valid phone number where he/she can be reached by the delivery company if not at home upon delivery. In any case, he/she will be not able to receive the product Paintnest is not responsible, therefore the buyer will be responsible for any added cost.

Acceptance and claims

Before signing for the shipment, the buyer must check for damage, missing items, defects or other non-compliances. This includes checking the condition of the packaging, the number of packages, and the quantities, references, condition, and features of the Products. If you wish to claim, you must contact Paintnest. Paintnest will not accept any return after the 14th day from receipt of the product. If you notice that any of your items are damaged or faulty when you receive your delivery, please refuse the delivery and contact us to arrange re-delivery of a replacement. In any case, the shipping cost will be paid by the buyer.

Cancellation

Paintnest does not accept any cancellations, however, if you have any kind of problem with your order please contact us and we will be happy to help you.

Prices

Product prices are shown in Euro /Huf. Prices are based on the local tariffs at the time of quoting converted at the prevailing foreign exchange rate. Price quotations are subject to change without notice until an order has been placed.

Changes Applicable

Paintnest reserves the right, at any time, to change these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and/or the Sites.

Intellectual property

All content on the Paintnest website including, without limitation, logos, registered trademarks, text, photographs, images, drawings, models or charts, is protected by international copyright laws. None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, republished, posted, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without the prior written permission of the copyright holder. Doing so is punishable under the Hungarian  Intellectual Property Code and/or may subject you to civil liability and criminal prosecution.

Liability of users

Users agree that all access and use of this Website www.paintnest.com and its content is at their own risk. Paintnest shall not be held liable in any manner for failures, errors, or computer viruses affecting access to this Website, or any computer malfunctions that occur following Website access. Paintnest shall not be liable in any manner for any direct or indirect damages arising out of access to the Website or downloading content including images, text, or video files.

Law/Jurisdiction

Relations between you and Paintnest, as regards orders placed on the Website, shall be governed by Hungarian law.

In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is attributed exclusively to the courts where Paintnest is based (Hungary).
